1 | tsp | Lemon juice. freshly squeezed |
1 | tsp | Corn flour cornstarch |
200 | g | Icing sugar |
3 | Egg white | |
30 | Raisins |
Instructions for Meringue ghosts
To prepare the Meringue ghosts recipe, please follow these instructions:
Beat the egg whites very stiff and turn gently sifted icing in a little at a time. Mix cornstarch with 2 tbsp icing and flip it in meringue mass along with lemon juice.
Fill the mass in an icing bag and inject small ghosts out on baking sheets with baking paper. Make eyes and mouth with raisins.
Behind the marengsene in the middle of the oven. Peel off the lift onto a rack and let them cool. Lift them out of the paper and store them in a cake tin.
UHA, uha. Now haunt it in the oven. Out jumps small terrifying ghosts. Well that they taste so good and is so easy and fun to make. Boo!
Tips:
Baking time: about 1 hour and 15 min at 125 degrees c. alm. oven.
