Instructions for Melon pie 2
To prepare the Melon pie 2 recipe, please follow these instructions:
Half the melons and discard the cores. Cut the two melons in a quarter. Slice a couple of dozen balls out of the halved melons for later decorations. Cut the rest of the melon meat off the shells with a wide spoon. Avoid getting along. Stir the flour through a sieve. Add lemon juice, stir around and refrigerate for cooling.
Soak the house block with a little cold water. Remove the flour from the cuttings ~ Also avoid scaling residues. Boil the meat into a saucepan with a little sugar. After half a minute, excess moisture is evaporated. Stir constantly.
Let the house blend dry and add it to the saucepan. Stir until it is completely dissolved. Let the saucepan cool off.
The melon mass is distributed over the pie, which is cooled for a couple of hours in the refrigerator before serving to fill the filling.
Decorate with melon balls and serve cold.
