Instructions for Meatloaf with squash

To prepare the Meatloaf with squash recipe, please follow these instructions:

Start by peeling 1/3 of squashen into strips with a carrot peeler, it will be used to finish.

Grate the rest of the squashen and mix it in the forcemeat, along with eggs, ceme fraise, milk and spices. Stir the mixture well. Add the breadcrumbs, little by little, until finally forcemeat hangs together, must not be too dry.
