2 | dl | Hand-warm milk |

50 | g | Yeast |
500 | g | Wheat flour |
Instructions for Mayor Tang
To prepare the Mayor Tang recipe, please follow these instructions:
The dough is rolled out to an elongated flat 24 cm wide and 2 mm thick. The dough is divided into 3 equally wide strips. Mix the marzipan with egg white, sugar and vanilla and lubricate on the dough strips. The dough is folded together over the filling. Mix the strips and raise 1/2 hour on greased plate. Brush the dough, sprinkle with chopped almonds and place in preheated oven. Bagetid: approx. 20 min. By 225 gr.
