1 | dl | Whipped cream |
2 | tsp | Baking soda |
2 | tbsp | Cocoa |
2 | tsp | Vanilla sugar |
200 | g | Butter |
225 | g | Sugar |
250 | g | Wheat flour |
3 | Eggs |
Instructions for Marmorkage 02
To prepare the Marmorkage 02 recipe, please follow these instructions:
Stir the butter and sugar well together and stir the vanilla. Add the eggs one at a time and stir well between each.
Mix baking powder in the flour and stir the flour in the dough alternately with cream or milk.
Remove 1/3 of the dough and stir cocoa.
Get half of the light dough in a greased sandcake form. Bring the dark dough on this and again the bright dough. Turn a little bit around the cake with a knife so that the cake is marbled.
Bake the cake at 175 degrees C. alm. Oven for about 1 hour.
