Turkey meat cut into large cubes, cold
Chopped onions, chili, garlic and Apple Sauté with curry in a little oil for a few minutes. Mass blended with the rest of the oil, along with the parsley, salt and pepper and made cooling
Got Turkey meat, chunks of courgette and mushroom on the spikes. Marinade brush on. Made cold in 12-24 hours
Grilled in the oven in ca. 5-6 min. on each side or the spikes on a frying pan in rose 5-6 min. on each side
Serve with boiled potatoes tossed with a little oil and parsley in a frying pan
