Ingredients for Marinated Mørbradbøffer
1 | tsp | Freshly ground pepper |
1 | tsp | Crumbled thyme leaves |
1 | dl | Strong cold coffee (espresso) |
1 1/2 | Plain yogurt | |
1/2 | dl | Olive oil |
2 | Pork Tenderloin (a) 350 grams | |
800 | g | Cooked cold potato |
Instructions for Marinated Mørbradbøffer
To prepare the Marinated Mørbradbøffer recipe, please follow these instructions:
Clean the tenderloin and cut them into 6 slices obliquely. Bank the slices flat with your hand.
