Instructions for Marinated beef with vegetables
To prepare the Marinated beef with vegetables recipe, please follow these instructions:
Cut the meat into strips and mix marinade in a bowl. Place the meat in the marinade and let it take 1 hour. Cut the mushrooms into slices and leeks, carrots, parsnips, celery and peppers in strips. Step the meat for a couple of minutes. In a warm wok. Add the vegetables and then increase approx. 5 min. under stirring. Season with ginger and sprinkle with sesame seeds. Serve with boiled rice, soy and salad.
