Instructions for Marillenknödel (Apricot Balls)
To prepare the Marillenknödel (Apricot Balls) recipe, please follow these instructions:
Com kvarken in a tea towel and squeeze the væden out. Then filtered kvarken through a sieve.
Sieve the flour also. 2 tbsp. butter heats up and mix with the flour, the eggs and salted, kvarken in a dish and mixed to a soft dough.
The kernels are removed from aprik roses and plum, without sharing them (Strawberry'll just ha a crack) and in each piece of fruit to be laid a piece of sukkerknal. Each piece of fruit is packaged into the dough and press firmly.
Got them then in boiling water, turn down and let them soak (Cook slightly) in 10 minutes.
Melt approximately 40 g butter in a pan and grate 4-6 tbsp. bread crumbs in it. Add sugar and roll all fruit/dough-nuggets therein.
Served warm.
