The almonds are chopped well and mixed with 150 g of sugar. Whip the egg whites stiff with salt and the rest of the sugar and turn the almond sugar into. The dough is put in a greased and raspberry-shaped form and baked in a 200 degree hot oven for approx. 35 min. The baked cake is cooled. For the coating, cook the cream with lyophilized coffee and stir the chopped chocolate. The cream must be uniform. Cool the coating until it has an icing texture and spread it over the cake.
