Ingredients for Makaronnibudding

1 | tbsp | Wheat flour |
10 | dl | Milk |
100 | g | Margarine |
3 | tbsp | Manna groats |
3 | tbsp | Sugar |
300 | g | Macaroni |
5 | Eggs |
Instructions for Makaronnibudding
To prepare the Makaronnibudding recipe, please follow these instructions:
Boil the milk, add macaroni and boil for 20 minutes. Stir the margarine and salt in and cool to cool.
Stir the egg yolks with sugar, flour, mannagryn, grated lemon peel and cardamom and turn the mixture into the chilled macaroni. Whip the whites stiff and turn them in.
Pour the mixture into a greased and raspberry gratin dish with lid and boil it in a water bath in the oven at 170 degrees C. alm. Oven for 1 hour and server with saftsovs.
