1 | tbsp | Raw sugar |
1/2 | tsp | Salt |
150 | g | Wholemeal wheat flour |
150 | g | Corn flour |
2 | Eggs | |
2 | tbsp | Corn oil |
2 1/2 | dl | Plain yogurt |
Instructions for Maize bread, flat
To prepare the Maize bread, flat recipe, please follow these instructions:
Set the oven to 200 degrees. Bring flour, baking soda, salt and raw sugar into a bowl, then add yogurt, egg and oil. All of it is stirred for a smooth and smooth dough.
The dough is put with a spoon in round plates of approx. 1 cm. Thickness of a sprouted baking sheet and baked for approx. 10-15 minutes at 200 degrees.
Then take it out and place on a grill for cooling.
tips:
Can be eaten for breakfast as an accompaniment to soups or a good salad.
