150gWholemeal wheat flour
150gCorn flour
2Eggs
2tbspCorn oil
2 1/2dlPlain yogurt

To prepare the Maize bread, flat recipe, please follow these instructions:

Set the oven to 200 degrees. Bring flour, baking soda, salt and raw sugar into a bowl, then add yogurt, egg and oil. All of it is stirred for a smooth and smooth dough.

The dough is put with a spoon in round plates of approx. 1 cm. Thickness of a sprouted baking sheet and baked for approx. 10-15 minutes at 200 degrees.
