Marinate the blackberry in Madeira for 1 day. Dip the butter dough following the instructions on the package. Lay the slices a little over each other - squeeze and roll out the batter.
Grab the tenderloin into the dough. Brush the butter dough with whipped egg and baking the bread in the oven at 225 degrees for approx. 20 - 25 minutes.
Server sandwich with homemade pomfritter - and a salad consisting of very finely chopped cabbage and apples, raisins - and a dressing of balsamic vinegar, oil and lots of crushed garlic.
