Instructions for Madbrød
To prepare the Madbrød recipe, please follow these instructions:
Dissolve the yeast in the water and add salt. Stir in the flour a little at a time. The dough should be very steady. Style dough to uplift in about 1 hour. Beat the dough down and pour it in a small baking pan (ca. 30 x 40 cm), which is lined with baking paper. Style dough to uplift in about 45 min. Moss KNORR herb garden with a fork and mix it with the oil. Brush the bread with the Spice mixture, and bake it in a preheated oven at 225 degrees for about 20 minutes.
Add if necessary. 300-400 grams more flour and form instead 12-14 paragraph buns. Let them raise for about 30 min. Press them flat and brush them with the Spice mixture. Bake in a preheated oven at 200 degrees for about 15 minutes.
