To prepare the Mørbrad in Gorgonzolasovs recipe, please follow these instructions:
Clean, onions, leeks, mushrooms and peppers. Cut onions, mushrooms and leeks into thin rings and pepper in the tern. Put the vegetables on the forehead without taking color and put them in a greased ovenproof dish.
Sprinkle the sirloin and cut each sirloin into 8-10 slices. Season the steaks with salt and pepper and butter them with a thin layer of mustard. Cover each sirloin steak with a slice of bacon and brown them shortly on the forehead. Lay the steaks on top of the vegetables.

Cover any father with folio. Sprinkle with parsley at serving.
