Instructions for Mørbrad dish
To prepare the Mørbrad dish recipe, please follow these instructions:
Prepare potatoes for hazelnut potatoes.
Detoxify the sirloin for the worst fat, hurdles and tendons. Cut them into max 1 cm thick slices and use a pallet to grind them as thin as possible.
