150 | g | Green beans |

Instructions for Mörbrad with vegetables and almonds
To prepare the Mörbrad with vegetables and almonds recipe, please follow these instructions:
Cut the breadcrumbs into slices of approx. 2 cm thick and brown them in butter with oil.
Cut leeks and carrots into shells and lightly chop them together with the beans. Pour broth and add the meat, boil for approx. 5 minutes. Add thyme and red wine and cook the dish for another 10 minutes.
Sprinkle almonds and turn them into a little oil. Put them on a piece of baking paper. Shake the almonds golden in the oven at 200 degrees C for approx. 8 minutes Sprinkle them with salt. Remove the timber from the casserole and season with salt and pepper.
Serve the boiled rice with the stew and sprinkle the almonds over.
