To prepare the Mörbrad with orange recipe, please follow these instructions:
Fry the meat for the toes and barley and quickly brown the black bread in golden butter in a frying pan. Arrow and chop the onions and let them sweat. Season with salt and pepper and pour white wine or sherry and the juice of the oranges and add laurel leaves and parsley. Put on the lid and let the meat spin dry approx. 20 min.
