Ingredients for Lunch Bread
½ | dl | Oil or 50 grams of butter |
1 | tbsp | Honey or sugar |
1 | kg | Wheat flour |
1 | Beer (like light) | |
1 | tbsp | Salt |
25 | g | Yeast |
3 | dl | Grahams |
3,3 | dl | Water (fill ølflasken) |
Instructions for Lunch Bread
To prepare the Lunch Bread recipe, please follow these instructions:
Make a mixture of beer, water, yeast, salt and honey. Sprinkle the graham flour over and mix it (I have not managed to touch all the lumps yet). Must stand for approx. 20-30 min. Until it bubbles up.
Add oil and half flour, add the rest along the way. From now on, just stir (hand or hand mixes) and knead approx. 10 min until the dough does not hang on more or tends to flow out.
Raises to double size. Turn down and raise again to double size.
The balls on the picture are made with approx. 100 gr. Dough per. bully. For burger buns 150 grams of dough is used. bully. Put on the plate and raise again for an hour.
Scratch and brush with water before baking. Bagetid 20 min. At 230 degrees.
