To prepare the Low fat yellow peas recipe, please follow these instructions:
Yellow peas are soaked overnight. Afterwards, they are boiled for 1 hour. Pork cooked 30 min covered with water. Add chopped onions and boil for 15 minutes.
Wash, peel and slice the vegetables into suitable pieces to eat with spoon. Throw away the boiling water from the peasants when they are completely tender.
Blend the peas with onion and the water from pork until it gets a viscous confectionery. Pour the soup back into the pan and cook the prepared vegetables and thyme leaves for 10-15 minutes. Slices of pork are eaten to the soup.
