Instructions for Low fat Swedish sausage, with roots
To prepare the Low fat Swedish sausage, with roots recipe, please follow these instructions:
Potatoes (baking potatoes), parsnip ell. Parsley and carrots are peeled and cut into coarse pieces and boiled accordingly. The vegetables should not be boiled, but still have bids.
Onions are peeled and chopped well.
The sausages are also cut into smaller pieces (about 1cm).
Come becel on a wok or in a pan and let it melt. Then bring the onions, turn them until they are white and add the sausages.
Bring the tomato pie in another pot and turn it over. Then add the milk and stir it to a saucepan. Bring the cooked vegetables to the pan with tomato puree and stir the sauce together with the vegetables without mashing the vegetables. Bring creme fraice, onions and sausages to the pan with tomato puree and potatoes and stir it all together.
Season with salt, pepper, soya, oregano or rosemary.
