To prepare the Low fat salad high on protein recipe, please follow these instructions:
The potatoes are peeled and cut into small squares and boiled until the just is tender and then poured into a saucepan. Rinse them immediately with cold water to prevent further cooking and place them in a large bowl.
Boil the lenses as indicated on the package (I use French green lentils from the cake frame) about 15 min. When done, rinse them with cold water in the saw and pour to the potatoes in the bowl.
