50 | g | Wholemeal wheat flour |
50 | g | Grahams |
650 | g | Wheat flour |
Instructions for Low-fat burger buns (cold)
To prepare the Low-fat burger buns (cold) recipe, please follow these instructions:
Dissolve the yeast in the lukewarm water.
Mix wheat flour, whole grain wheat flour, whole wheat flour, sesame seeds, sugar and salt in a bowl. Then mix it all and is kneaded well. Uplift approximately 1 hour.
Low 8 buns and press them a little, and let them raise additional ½ hour while the oven gets hot. Brush them with milk before they are put in the oven.
Temperature 180 degrees c. alm. oven approximately 17 minutes Middle slot or 2. at the bottom.
Tips:
Saturates the incredibly well, good for cold cuts.
