Ingredients for Lottes Fried Rice

Instructions for Lottes Fried Rice
To prepare the Lottes Fried Rice recipe, please follow these instructions:
3 dl rice is boiled according to the instructions on the package and cooled.
The peppers are cut into the tern (about 1x1 cm).
The meat is cooked in a wok or pot in oil with a little soya.
Add green beans, crushed garlic and peppers.
Let it roast until the vegetables are soft.
(If you think too much fluid is formed from meat and vegetables, just pour it off.)
The eggs are spilled into a bowl and whipped together.
Pour into the wok / pan with the vegetables and the meat and fry until all the egg is stiffened. Remember to stir a little while in the dish, so that the egg "fills".
Add the cold rice and season with salt, chili and soy.
