Ingredients for Lobster Bread!
1 | Eggs | |
1 | tsp | Salt |
100 | g | Butter or margarine |
1400 | g | Wheat flour |
5 | dl | Milk |
50 | g | Yeast |
Instructions for Lobster Bread!
To prepare the Lobster Bread! recipe, please follow these instructions:
Crumbles the yeast into the bowl.
Melt the fat. Add the milk and allow it to warm to 37 degrees. Pour the liquid over the yeast and stir until it is dissolved. Add salt and most of the flour.
Eel the dough until it is smooth and release the bowl. Let it rise under a cloth for approx. 30 min.
Put the dough on a floured table and knead it through with the rest of the flour.
Form the dough for 1-2 beautiful decorations according to your own imagination.
Let them rise under a cloth 20-30 min. Brush with coiled egg.
Bake bread in a 200 degree hot oven 25-40 min. Depending on the layout of the bread.
tips:
Make the "HUMMERBRØD" as follows: There will be 2 loaves of potion.
Form the body as an oval bowl of approx. 15 cm long. Place it in the middle of a plate of baking paper.
The tail is like a 50 cm long thin sausage which is twisted twice. Put them under the body.
Each claw consists of 4 bowls that are placed in a row. Make a clip in the top bowl.
Mark your head by cutting a half-circle slightly on the body with a sharp knife. Cut eyes with a scissors.
The horns are made of a little dough that forms into thin sticks. Bake them apart so they do not burn.

Bring some crispy cheese into the dough and serve the bread loosely, to make the cheese flavor come true.
