Instructions for Lightning pork with vegetables
To prepare the Lightning pork with vegetables recipe, please follow these instructions:
Cut the meat into thin, 2 1/2 cm long slices. Marinate the meat with 1 teaspoon. Soy sauce, sugar, rice wine or sherry as well as corn oil stirred up with a little water.
Nip the sugar peas, cut the mushrooms into thin slices, cut the carrot into pieces, the size of the meat and cut the short slant of a short slant.
Heat the wok and pour the oil in. When the oil is warm, add the meat and lightly sprinkle for approx. 1 minute or until it has taken color. Pour the meat with a casing and hold it warm.
