Ingredients for Lena's caramels
2-3 | dl | Milk or cream |
3 | tbsp | Margarine |
4 | dl | Syrup |
4 | dl | Sugar |
Instructions for Lena's caramels
To prepare the Lena's caramels recipe, please follow these instructions:
Mix things in a deep bottom pot and melt them with low heat.
When the mass is melted, turn up the heat until it bubbles.
When it bubbles, turn it back slightly and cook for about 1/2 hour.
Do not touch the pot too much, then the caramels are grinned.
When the caramels are made: Bring baking paper to the bottom of a pan, pour the caramel into and let it cool a little.
Cut it into cubes with a hot knife.
When it's completely cold, you can break it into small pieces.
