Ingredients for Lemonpie
0.75 | dl | Lemon juice |
1 | tbsp | Grated orange peel |
1 | tbsp | Grated lemon peel |
2 | tbsp | Sugar |
2.5 | dl | Whipped cream |
2-2.5 | dl | Crushed biscuits URf.eks. Digest zeal |
3 | Eggs | |
75 | g | Butter |
Instructions for Lemonpie
To prepare the Lemonpie recipe, please follow these instructions:
Melt the fat and let it cool. Mix the crushed biscuits (or sweet biscuits) into a dough with fat and sugar. Push the dough into a pie shape with loose bottom and back bottom at the bottom groove at 200 degrees for approx. 6-8 min. Let the bottom cool.
Sprinkle the eggs and whip egg whites to hard foam and add 1- 1½ dl sugar, a bit at a time, making it easier to mix. Whip the egg yolks with the rest of the sugar and the cracked shell. Add lemon juice. Whip the cream to the foam. Gently mix the whipped cream, egg white and egg yolk. Pour the mass over the pie bottom and put it in the freezer for approx. 2-3 hours.
Take the pizza out 15 minutes before serving and take it out of the mold.
