Instructions for Lemon pie 04
To prepare the Lemon pie 04 recipe, please follow these instructions:
DEJ: Mix all the ingredients in a bowl.
Bring it together so that the dough just hangs together.
Roll out the dough on a crispy plate and place it in a pie dish.
Put it in the refrigerator for 20 minutes.
Turn on the oven at 190 degrees C. alm. Oven and let it warm up in a while.
Put the pie on the middle groove and mix the bottom for 15 minutes.
Make the fill in a while.
FYLD: Whip eggs, egg yolks and sugar together in a bowl.
Stir the whip in.
Add lemon juice.
Put the mixture into a jug or other bowl.
When the bottom is baked, turn the oven down to 110 degrees C. alm. Oven, and the pie is moved to the bottom groove.
Gently pour the filling into the pie dish.
Close the oven and let the pie bake for 1½ hours, so the filling is almost completely fixed.
Allow it to cool completely before serving.
Decorate with a flourish on the top and serve with cream fraiche to.
