Instructions for Lemon Cheesecake

To prepare the Lemon Cheesecake recipe, please follow these instructions:

Melt the margarine. The biscuits are crumbled and mixed in the fat. Pour the dough into a spring shape of approx. 22 cm in diameter.

Mix quark, flour with lemon flavor, egg, cremefraiche and lemon peel to a smooth mass poured into the mold.

Bake for 1-1½ hours at 150 C until the mass is stiffened. Cool. Decorate with fresh fruit and / or berries.
