1 | tsp | Vanilla sugar |
125 | g | Wheat flour |
125 | g | Potato flour |
150 | g | Sugar |
2 | tsp | Grated lemon peel |
200 | g | Icing sugar |
200 | g | Melted butter |
3 | Eggs | |
3 | tbsp | Lemon juice |
Instructions for Lemon Cake
To prepare the Lemon Cake recipe, please follow these instructions:
Stir the butter and sugar together.
Add the eggs.
Add lemon peel and lemon juice.
Add wheat flour, potato flour and baking soda.
Bake the cake one hour at 175 degrees C. alm. oven.
When the cake is cooled, decorate it with icing made of flour, lemon juice and vanilla sugar.
