To prepare the Leek Pancakes recipe, please follow these instructions:
Mix flour of salt and pepper and whip the egg. Add milk and whip the dough through. Stir the pears in butter under the lid for 5 minutes. Stir occasionally. Cool the pears and mix them in the pancake dough. Bag small pancakes - best on a teflon pan - in plenty of butter.
