Ingredients for Lavos

1lWater 4 c
100gWhole wheat flour 1 lb. ¾ c
1120gWheat flour 2 ½ lbs 8 c
2tbspSalt 2t
50gFat ¼ c
50gCrushed sugar ¼ c

Instructions for Lavos

To prepare the Lavos recipe, please follow these instructions:

In a large bowl, mix both kinds of flour, crushed sugar, sugar and salt, mix the fat in. Add water and mix and knead the dough for it is smooth and supple, about 6-8 minutes.

Portion dough into 12 (230 g) pieces, form each into a bun, press flat into a pancake, packed tightly in plastic and put in the refrigerator overnight or for at least 2 hours.

Preheat oven to 200 degrees (C). remove the dough from the refrigerator and press flat with your hand on a floured surface. Roll as thinly as possible with a rolling pin in an oval shape, sprinkle surface so if necessary. (Alternatively, can be used by a pasta machine to roll the dough very thin out.)

The back of a baking sheet lightly oil or spray it with cooking spray. Put the thin sheets of dough on the oiled baking sheet. Brush with olive oil. Sprinkle with your favorite toppings such as cheese, seeds, fresh or dried herbs, garlic, cayenne, sea salt and pepper. Repeat with the remaining piece of dough.

Behind one at a time into the preheated oven to dark Golden blond Brown and crispy curly.

Baking time depends on the thickness of the dough.

Cool and servers, wrecking it in crispy pieces.

Gives 12 loaves of bread.
