Instructions for Landbread with spicy crust
To prepare the Landbread with spicy crust recipe, please follow these instructions:
The yeast is crumbled in a bowl. Melt the grease, add water and honey and allow it to warm up, 35 degrees. Pour it over the yeast and stir until it is dissolved. Add salt, grahamsmel and almost all wheat flour. Bring the dough well through, let it raise a stiff place, 40 - 50 min. Turn the dough out on the kitchen table with the rest of the wheat flour. Divide the dough into two parts. Form each piece into a loaf and put them on a plate. Mix sesame seeds, anise, parnesan cheese and egg me the fork. The mixture is brushed evenly over the loaves. Let them rise for about 30 minutes. Bake at 200 degrees for about 35 minutes. Until the bread is golden.
