To prepare the Landbread from Lysekil recipe, please follow these instructions:
Melt the butter in a saucepan. Add water, milk and syrup. Smooth the mixture until it is hand warm. Stir the yeast into a little of the milk mixture. Add the rest as well as salt and flour. Save some of the flour for later. Make the dough blank and smooth. Pour it onto the baking table and knead the rest of the flour into, shape it into four smooth crises. Place them across a greased pan, 30x40 cm. Brush possibly. With a little melted butter between the loaves, they are easier to loosen apart after baking. Let the loaves rise to a small double size. Bake in the bottom of the oven at 200ยบ for approx. 35 min. Cool the cover to a baker before they are loosened.
