Instructions for Lamb curry (Lamb in Curry)
To prepare the Lamb curry (Lamb in Curry) recipe, please follow these instructions:
Cut the meat into large cubes, sprinkle with salt and pepper, drizzle with lemon juice. Chop onion, garlic and Apple, and fry it in some of the butter together with karryen (at least 1 tblsp., more if you like it strong), until the mixture is golden.
