1.5 | dl | Water |
150 | g | Licorice |
4 | tbsp | Icing sugar |
4 | Past. egg yolks | |
5 | dl | Whipped cream |
Instructions for Lakrids ice cream
To prepare the Lakrids ice cream recipe, please follow these instructions:
Make a sugary of water and sugar and warm it up. Add the liquorice and let them melt over low heat. Touch so that it does not burn in the bottom.
Ice: Eggs and flour were whipped foamy. The vanilla from the vanilla bar is added.
The cream is whipped to foam and turned into the egg mass.
The lakes are added and stirred.
Pour into a mold and put in a freezer.
tips:
Instead of liquorice, you can use 1 dl. Liqueur or 8-10 turtles or 175-200 g. (Mint) chocolate.
