2 | tbsp | Liquid honey or brown sugar |
2 | dl | Red wine |
25 | g | Butter |
250 | g | Fresh peeled Pearl onions |
50 | g | Raisins |
Instructions for Løgkompot 03
To prepare the Løgkompot 03 recipe, please follow these instructions:
Saute onions in butter and honey with a little salt and pepper in small 5 min. pour in the vinegar and boil it away. Add the raisins, apricots and red wine. Let simmer on low heat for væden is almost gone (at least 30 min) season with salt and pepper.
Tips:
Ordinary onions in both can also be used. Can be served both cold and warm and fit perfectly with FRY and patés.
