Instructions for Korende cakes
To prepare the Korende cakes recipe, please follow these instructions:
Fat softened, stir white with sugar and the whole eggs in, after which the Sift flour is added. The 3 whites whipped and touched at the end of the dough. A baking sheet greased and, to that end, spread the dough out into a thin layer, which is peppered with the washed, dried currants.
Bake uniform light brown. Cut in squares, while the dough is still warm.
