To prepare the Korende cake recipe, please follow these instructions:
The fat white and frothy with the sugar and stir well together then add beaten egg a little at a time. The sifted flour and baking powder alternately with the milk, lemon irøres and currants added. Pour the dough in a greased form and bake light brown in about 1 hour.
