Boil potatoes with peel, then peel and tear them. Let it cool. Whip eggs until they become frothy. Add salt, black pepper and potatoes and mix well.
Heat the oil in a slip-light pan. Pour the mixture, flat the surface with the back of a spoon and lay on it. Reduce heat and cook for about 10 minutes until kookoo is boiled underneath. Then cut Potato-Kookoo radially into 4 equal pieces, turn, and step for another 10 minutes.
