3 | Egg white, pasteurized | |
3 | dl | Desiccated coconut |
3 | dl | Sugar |
Instructions for Kokosmarengs
To prepare the Kokosmarengs recipe, please follow these instructions:
Whip egg whites completely stiff.
Mix sugar with salmon salt and whip it in.
Then flip the coconut into the dough.
Put on a plate of baking paper with 2 teaspoons.
