420gWheat flour
50gYeast
50gWheat bran

To prepare the Klidboller recipe, please follow these instructions:

Wheat bran and yams are stirred together and are covered for the next day.

Luke water and yeast are stirred together. Wheat bran, melted margarine and the other ingredients are added. The dough is well kneaded. Set for tilting a tight spot approx. 30 minutes.

The dough is cut down and shaped into buns. Replies to the plate approx. 15 minutes.

Brush with water. Bake approx. 30 minutes at 225 degrees C. alm. oven.
