1Lemon grated to thereof
1Small onions
2tspLemon juice
2-3Large potatoes
4tbspWheat flour

Instructions for Kartoffelrosti

To prepare the Kartoffelrosti recipe, please follow these instructions:

Peel the potatoes and grate them on the rough side. Put the grated potatoes in a sieve, as they will throw a part liquid. Pressure the last moisture out of the potatoes and then put in a bowl.

Sample rives on the rough side and reversed in the split potatoes along with the rest of the ingredients.
