To prepare the Kartoffelkringler recipe, please follow these instructions:
125 g. Flour mix with lukewarm milk and 30 g. Yeast dried in sugar and leave it covered in a warm place to rise.
250 g. Boiled cracked potatoes and 1 knsp. Add salt and pour it all on a flour plate.
Butter a walnut size and 2 eggs are incorporated and the dough is formed into small pastries, which are raised.
Suck well and baked.
