1/4tspGrated nutmeg
2tspSalt
3tbspMinced parsley
3tbspWheat flour
3Medium-sized, diced onion
50gButter
6dlMilk

Instructions for Kartoffelgullasch

To prepare the Kartoffelgullasch recipe, please follow these instructions:

Peel the potatoes and cut them into thin slices. Season the onions in golden butter in a saucepan. Add potatoes, water and half of the salt. Cook the dish approx. 15 min. The potatoes are almost tender.

Bring the rest of the milk into the pan and bring the dish to the boil. Add the leveling. Cook the dish through stirring 4-5 min. Cut into small squares and add them. Season with spices. Add the parsley just before serving.
