1Hard boiled eggs
kgSmall red potatoes (rosenvall) cut in both
12Lettuce leaves
160mlOlive oil

2tspGrated lemon rind

75gRoquefort cheese, crumbled into small piece

Instructions for Kartofelsalat with Roquefort

To prepare the Kartofelsalat with Roquefort recipe, please follow these instructions:

Whisk all the ingredients together for the dressing and season with salt and pepper. Boil the potatoes in lightly salted water until they are tender, about 10 min. drain and stir the hot potatoes with the dressing. Season again with salt and pepper, (can be made day in advance). FRY bacon slices crispy and break them into small pieces. Arrange the salad on a platter; and pour over the potatoes. Sprinkle with bacon, Roquefort cheese, chopped eggs and 60 ml. chives.
