Ingredients for Karry sirloin pan

Instructions for Karry sirloin pan
To prepare the Karry sirloin pan recipe, please follow these instructions:
1. Clean the pork tenderloin for seniors and cut into 3 cm slices. And bank easily.
Then fry the dishes in a pot of margarine and curry (about 1 tablespoon of strong curry. Or after taste) - salt and pepper as needed on the sirloin steak
2. When the steaks are fried, put them in an ovenproof dish (must be high on the sides - my dish is about 40 * 30 cm.)
3. Cut the onions nicely and put into the fat you used for the sirloin steaks - they will be 2-3 min. (Add a little more fat and curry before turning the onion).
4. Add Bonduelle Mushrooms to the cheeses and switch with (remember to drain the layer - HUSK to save the layer to be used later)
5. When it has been switched 3-5 minutes, add the layer of mushrooms, 1 dl. Ketchup and 8 dl cream (cooking cream or whipped cream - you decide)
The last 2 dl cream we save for smoothing
6. the 2 dl. Cream mix with 3 tablespoons. Corn starch and shake and smooth the sauce mixture so that it gets a suitable thickness, so you taste the sauce with salt and pepper and pour the sauce over the tenderloin steak.
7.In the meantime, you have cooked the potatoes and made a good mash of potatoes; you will come above the mixture in the ovenproof dish in a smooth layer.
8. The bacon is cut into pieces of approx. 4 cm. And put on top of the mashed potatoes
9. Place the dish in the oven at 175 degrees until it is heated for 1-1.5 hours.

11. The rest tastes super next day heated in the microwave :)
