Brown the meat in margarine in a saucepan, sauté with onions into quarters and add along with pressed garlic. Red wine, carrots into sticks, salt, pepper and thyme are added and the meat cooked on a low heat for 1 ½ hour.
Mushroom, sliced cooked with the last 10 minutes. Meat and vegetables are picked up by the Pan and then the cloud levelled with corn starch udrørt with water, and season with salt and pepper.
