1pkgBacon cubes
1canChopped tomato
1pkgPureed tomato (500 ml)
1glassRed wine
1Great canned tomato concentrate
1Large onion
2Carrots
2tspOregano
2-3boneLeaf celery
400gBeef

Instructions for Kødsovs (Italian sugo)

To prepare the Kødsovs (Italian sugo) recipe, please follow these instructions:

Cut the golden roots, celery and onions fine and set aside.

Heat a thickened pot and add 1 tablespoon of good olive oil. Add the bacon and let the water in the bacon evaporate. (The bacoen turns white)
